[FEATURE REQUEST] Advanced video caching. #878

Or audio. Abstract: We're biking, hiking, whatever. Cellular outage is obvious, but not permanent. I'm playing feed with podcasts. Wouldn't be awesome if that feed would be cached for later playback? Whole feed or to define how much videos should be cached in advance.

Like save X MB for caching or something? Because that would be pretty useful

Not MB, but whole videos/audio ;). To be defined by user.

Depending on what platform you're using, the download feature works just fine. When I hike I'll usually just pre-load a bunch of stuff to listen to while I'm out.

Download is good, but I was more thinking about when you do have wifi, but it's a very bad connection and keeps patching out, so you can just wait for it to load enough to make the playback good before continuing
