[Feature Request] Full Youtube History Sync #966

Currently, Grayjay can send the videos the user watched in the app to the YouTube history but can't import the history of videos watched in YouTube. It would be nice to have this feature.

second this, currently we have to manually mark videos as watched to be able to filter them out
