[Chrome destination] is colored green when it's blocked #180

This issue is crucial as it affects www.youtube.com, it doesn't play video in html5 player.

The temporary Walk-around for youtube: 1) Load youtube video with "An error occurred, please try again later" message on it. 2) Open popup of Policeman 3) Manually click on "Chrome destination" (yes, it's green, and it's a bug!) for "www.youtube.com" and add allow rule permanently.

So the rule will be something like: Allow anything youtube.com -> [Chrome] or the same with www.youtube.com, doesn't matter in this case.

Unfortunately Policeman v0.19... doesn't support Chrome source and destination anymore.
