I have a suggestion that maybe useful.
it is cosmetic so no hurry.
when policeman wants to show that there are requests blocked it shows a red portion on green addon icon.
but this does not distinguish between requests that are denied because the user has not specified what to do with them( undecided). but if user blocks those requests by adding rules the icon still shows the same status and colour.
my suggestion is that policeman icon shape(or colour pattern) be different for request that are blocked because all the requests are blocked by default and the ones that are blocked because user blocked them specifically.
this way user know if there are requests that are undecided.
