Please, please make accessible via R-Click context menu (like RequestPolicy)

You seem to have gone to a LOT of trouble to make it impossible to put Policeman on the right-click context menu, including preventing MenuWizard and similar plugins (I have tried a few) from moving the policeman button to the context menu. Why oh why?

The dialog, when opened, is also a clumsy mouse-addict, no alt-key shortcuts, not tab through the boxes, no keys to select and implement, not even an OK short cut.

I can't press Add Rule button from time to time, so this would be a great feature.
