I'm sure this affects a whole class of windows, but I don't know exactly how the Persona login window is launched.
To reproduce, go to any site that has Persona login (e.g. bugzilla.mozilla.org) and initiate a login with Persona. Note that the Policeman UI does not show up on the Persona login window. This makes it very difficult to figure out how to fix Persona logins since Policeman is denying cross-origin requests.
