policeman blocks access to local jdownloader at 127.0.0.1 #221

policeman newest version ( i went from 18.1 to 19pre3) doesnt allow flashgot to send links to jdownloader app it says

"JDownloader not responding on http://127.0.0.1:9666/flashgot! Please check your firewall settings."

disabling policeman fixes this.
