created a fresh firefox profile
install adblock plus
setup filter subscriptions in adblock plus
install policeman
restart firefox
view filter subscriptions in adblock plus (they are empty now & adblock does not block any more)

i noticed that settings are gone also in another addon. cannot remember which addon it was.

untested: but it looks like PassSec+ also looses it settings.
