Page anchors "empty" the Policeman board #98

Clicking on any page anchor (href="#location") empties the Policeman to nothingness. For example, click on "History" from 'Contents' in following Wikipedia entry. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Gallery_of_Art

Same goes for "javascript;" onClick functions.
