For these linkbacks... request is to add linkback on query interface as well as download file.

[ ] provide link to trait measurement using purl .... e.g. click on "def" next to link text to hyperlink to PURL
[ ] do the same for projects... similar mechanism here.
[ ] Occurrence Record Linkback to GBIF (esp. useful for vertnet records) using DwC triplet
