adding info in the GET response that a request to the origin site 404'ed, specs still under discussion with @pocketjoso ;-)

GET /result resultStatus will no longer be 'GOOD' in case of 404s. Instead it will be 'HTML_404', which is new. The critical css will still be attached. You can chose whether to treat this as an error (discarding the result), or use it. The UI for Criticalcss.com will continue to present the critical css for download in this case, but is going to start showing a warning, informing that it was a 404.
