AO-CCS does not do page cache clearing, so we indeed depend on the page cache being cleared manually (or expiring) Will.

Hey Frank, Hope you're well! Question for you - If I use a caching plugin (such as W3TC), and it has a page cached, and a user visits another of my pages which results in a slight tweak to the CCSS, does AO clear the page cache to ensure that the new CCSS is applied/being used, or are you reliant on manual page cache clearing to ensure correct version of CCSS is being used?
Apologies if this isn't the best place to ask such a question!

Thanks for confirming Frank! Thought it was worth asking as I noticed that my pages were doing a weird glitchy thing. I logged in and happened to clear my page cache (not AO/CCSS) and it stopped immediately. I then had a quick retro look at things and noticed that the old page cache (which I hadn’t refreshed FTP) was dated before the latest CCSS. It looks like possibly the page cache has now picked up the new CCSS and is no longer being “glitchy” - so I’m happy now!
I’ll just remember to clear things after “core” CCSS has been generated! 😊
