Improve TagAutocomplete lifecycle #13

The component TagAutocomplete (like many others) gets rerendered several times when a tag was clicked in the sidebar. This shouldn't be the case.

This also includes a freeze of the ui. The user doesn't get any feedback until the list was filtered. Seems that filtering the list causes the ui to freeze.
