Document Initial setup of UI Kit. #215

It was made clear in last weeks in-house review session that we should improve the documentation and possibly simplify the requirements to get started for the UI Kit.

  1. Add a getting started section to the UI Kit Readme with Prerequisites and Getting Started steps.
  2. If necessary review the current steps and simplify to make it simpler going forward. (This can be recommendations or just create issues that are needed to simplify the setup)
