Syncing problem between OpenMRS atomfeed events with OpenELIS #1

Unable to sync between OpenMRS and OpenELIS after updating the nepalEHR mysql database.

In copied database from NepalEHR, user password hash has been changed so after updating the password hash solved the problem.
