We need to verify the accuracy of sensor readings (and eventually manual data entry) prior to logging it. In the immediate, I would like to test this with SI7021 but is long-term something to consider for all incoming data.
SI7021 logs -46.9 degrees almost every single time on startup. Also, it will randomly error like that at other times, I haven't really been able to identify a clear pattern. I've seen this also happen with our pH and some other sensors - quite frankly I usually just get annoyoed with because it messes up the axis on charts.
