[Work In Progress] Add install documentation and update install script. #26

This commit makes the following changes:

Move the documentation from google slides to the software README. This allows it to be updated by the community and easy to update along with software updates.
Moves the install script to a file that is ran using a one-line command

I am marking this work in progress as there is some more work to do, but wanted to open this up for initial discussion:

[ ] Add pictures
[ ] Test with an updated build once https://github.com/futureag/mvp/pull/25 is merged and a new tag is ready.
[ ] More clean install testing
