better Delete Topic behavior #37

At the very least, when you delete your own topic, it should kick you back to home or something.

Right now you're able to keep viewing old topics - if a topic doesn't exist you should get bumped to a valid page.

Maybe this is silent, or maybe it's a sort of 404 page? Could keep responses around, for posterity.

Anyways, creating an issue about that general "navigated to a once-valid link" UX.
