Currently you can visit the link to a topic and still see what responses it had. The page is pretty jenky though.
We need to decide what happens when you do something like this, since people will certainly share links and then the topic/prompt will get deleted.
Should it just silently bump you to a valid page (home?), or would it be better to keep the old topic there and accessible, but it just stops being editable (no new responses), and gradually falls off the front page?
Or, perhaps it's immediately removed from the front page, but can still be accessed directly.
