adding a cache to the shell #103

set cache True

set ouptut filename

lots of commands

set ouptut filename

if set to tue and a file exists all commands to the next set output will be ignored.

also we will allow indentation of the commands so that we can have a simple block like syntax. we simply strip the empty chars. before execution
