Updating documentation on the portal. (quick start, details, metrics, etc) #56

On the portal, https://portal.futuregrid.org/metrics, there are outdated manuals that need to be updated. Every commands and metrics need to be documented carefully on the sphinx web pages.

There is no rush but it has to be done at some point.
