gh-pages: for only documentation without the results. Results should only be at the portal. #60

We changed the layout of the documentation due to iframe restrictions on the github pages.

We will separate the current pages into doc and results directories. 1) doc directory will only have tutorial and user manual without the results and this is one to be published on http://futuregrid.github.com/cloud-metrics/. 2) results directory will only have the results generated by fg-metric commandline framework with html charts and it should be publised on https://portal.futuregrid.org/metrics
