I noticed that the documentation on how to integrate data from openstack is highly incomplete

It may contain outdated and previous information for developments but it gives a general picture of our integration.

Lets agree that anything that does not cause any security concerns must live in the portal.

anything such as locations of files, parameters and stuff like that are in yaml files or configuration files and we can refer to them in the manual, but do not revile their location

this will reduce yet another round of replicated information as for example this document seems to indicate when you talk about the parser.

When you work with doc(i renamed doc2 to doc, I recommend that you use make singlehtml and look there that you do not have replicated sections in that document. Anything the is duplicated may need to be. Based on what I saw from the previous document we had at times 4 replications of the same information in different files.

I suspect you even have more documents on google docs and stuff ...
