Clean out issue tracker in prep for v0.3 #644

Ok, currently as of v0.2, the reader (a.k.a. the app, or UI) is tightly integrated with the Epub.js library. For v0.3 we're going to break this out into a separate (reader specific) repo: https://github.com/futurepress/epubjs-reader

Epub.js is a library for parsing .epub files, and as such could be used to build a great diversity of readers. The reader repo is an example of how you can build a reader with Epub.js.

Currently the issue tracker is filled with issues that are actually issues for the reader repo. These issues need to migrate to epubjs-reader repo. Any help in doing so would be appreciated.

Let's get v0.3 out the door. Help us clean out the issue tracker by closing old issues. Note, issues related to v0.3 branch are still relevant. If you can help answer questions on the forum that would also be of great help.
