No text! #8

Can't see any text except the heading TDO... I can open the menu on the left and see the Chapters, clicking on them takes me to the page for that chapter but still there is no text whatsoever. I am using google chrome.

Also, clicking on sub-section of the chapters closes the expanded tree of that chapter instead of taking me to the sub-section. For e.g. in the menu if I expand Ch 2 and then expand Ch 2,1 and then click on 2.1.1 it collapses the entire expanded tree

Could you try going to http://fchasen.github.io/epub.js/examples/basic-dev.html and let me know if the text is showing up there?
