maximum allowed downtime #7

What if we replace: "What is the maximum allowed downtime for the production service?" with "How downtime will impact service value?"

There are cases when 1 hour downtime during night is not a problem, but 5 min during day would cost a lot to customer.

Good point, any limits set should have a clear context.
