Availability of Setlist after gig/festival #25

Get setlist form setlist.fm or other similar service, when it becomes available
Provide setlist as Spotify playlist etc.

We'll probably have to leave this out from this weekend - implementing this via push notifications requires us to be aware of the current OS. Implementing this via having the application poll the backend would most likely not be an efficient solution.
