Add another autoLayout lightweight library #66

This PR adds another library that provides helper methods for manipulating AutoLayout. It's lightweight and Objc and Swift compatible.

Thank you for the contribution!

However, in my opinion a library with 15 stars on GitHub isn't notable enough to be included in the list (which I think is already verging on too long, but that's another story). The others on the list have between 1,500-6,000 stars for their repositories.

We can evaluate FAAutoLayout again in future if it has gained more traction then.
