Add Chinese translation, maybe can influence more people.

Translations are an excellent idea. I think it would be best to have them as separate documents. 👍

So may I create a new file? It would be named README-zh.md.

That sounds excellent – please go ahead and make a PR once you're happy with it. You can assign me to it and I'll have a look as soon as I'm able.
