Updated React Native to 0.49.3

combined index.ios.js and index.android.js (this is the new v0.49 way)
moved Android back button functionality into AppView.android.js to facilitate above
Added Enzyme shim to stop issues with React v16

Have tested with both iOS and Android simulators.
