iPhone X navigation does not support properly #233

Hi guys!

First of all.. awesome starter kit 👏 I've started building an app, but I've got some iPhone X navigation related problems. Navigation is not supporting properly to iPhone X.

Any ideas how it could be better implemented? Thanks!

Perhaps a drawernavigator would do a better job

@haron68 To fix these please update React Navigation v2 and check my fork repo: https://github.com/brianha289/pepperoni-app-kit
