Add FurtherLand Creater #19

There is an emergency issue that FurtherLand hasn't a Creater (Installer), I will add add it soon.

Well, I'm afraid that even the least amount of hints that can help build the platform will be very helpful, since I'm trying to deploy it and at a loss..

@invisiblearts I agree with that.

However, the reason why I deferred this issue for a long time is that I am rewriting the whole system based on a new framework and used another database, which needs a lot of work.

Sorry for the waiting. I am trying to get this done in this or next month.

I am afraid that I cannot finish it by the end of this month due to my final examinations. I promise that I will finish it ASAP after all the exams.
