GitHub and Google OAuth Supports for Visitors. #24

Why not QQ or Sina Weibo? For several reasons:

  1. They require ICP number and I don't have one.
  2. They always transfer their data to government, but I don't want to do so.

Furthermore, because Facebook and Twitter has been blocked in China, So I choose Google(more hopeful to unblock in China in a short period) and GitHub OAuth for our Visitors.

I cannot add Google OAuth until Google unlock my Google Developer Console. GitHub OAuth added in v20150529dev.

From others suggestion, I may try Microsoft Account.

I have stopped this progress since I found that this is not a graceful way to prevent spammer.
