Open pdf links without page number #25

It seems links without a page number do not work, e.g.

[[pdftools:/home/test.pdf::1][This works]]
[[pdftools:/home/test.pdf][This fails]]

This modification fixes that.

Sorry that I wasn't aware of the PR when I started to work on a set of fixes on org-pdftools and org-noter-pdftools. I've now integrated the change to the source.
