Add org-pdftools-protocol option #26

This adds a variable to make it easier to customize this link protocol, in case we want to preserve backwards compatibility with "pdfview:" links, or use a more generic link like "pdf:" (as Doom does).

Thanks for your PR! I did not notice this PR though... and have introduced a variable called org-pdftools-link-prefix which basically does the same thing into org-pdftools and org-noter-pdftools
