I have successfully rebased openpht off of coreelec 9.2.8 and have tested that amlogic-ng builds and works with minor bugs:

CEC doesnt work

Video stutters if vsync isnt enabled(obviously can ignore if you just enable vsync)

I'm posting this hoping to get some attention towards it and maybe someone like you who looks to actually know a bit of coding can maybe look into the CEC issue as the video stutter isnt important since its an easy workaround :D

CEC fixed. I think my fork is working as intended :)

Not sure you even care about this project anymore but I figure I would share.
