use Formatter.formatFileSize instead of util/StringUtilities.java

hi Lorenz:

i see the code, android.text.format.Formatter support the fuction 
formatFileSize, so you don't need to write formatDataNumber again, hope that it 
is useful.

Thanks lysting for the hint. I implemented your suggestion. Now I only have to 
make sure that everything still works (aka testing) ;-)
