Format date and time according to device settings #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at Interface List and Interface Details
2. Date and Time ("since" && "Next reset is scheduled..") is not formatted 
according to device settings
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Format according to device settings ffs
