For the high & medium usage threshold notifications (yellow alerts), there
should be an option to trigger based on pro-rated volume of the limit. To
illustrate - it is probably not a problem to exceed 75% of the bandwidth
cap on the 29th day of the billing cycle, but it would be a sign of trouble
to do so on the 3rd day.
E.g. it would be nice to show the projected monthly usage (simple linear
extrapolation) based the actual current usage for the first N days of the
month and trigger an advisory alert if projected usage would exceed the
limit at the end of the month.
