Reviewers would like a way to indicate when they are OOO, or otherwise unable
to accept reviews.
A few tasks to make this work:
* Reviewers need a way to set/change their status.
* UI to show status when user is selected from autocomplete dropdown
* Reviews sent via command line need output as well, prompt to select different
reviewer, or at least notify?
