Lock Ring Stops Working On Popup While Locked #328

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Phone idles to black and locks
2. Get a text
3. try to unlock but key ring doesn't move until you turn screen off and on 
again manually

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the ring is expected to move so i can unlock my phone after closing sms popup 
notification

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.1 on android ICS
