wrong time #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive a text.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I get a text, the time of the text is way off. I got a text at 1300 and 
the popup says 8 am. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
motorola Droid RAZR, Android 2.3.6
