Vibration when on vibrate only doesn't vibrate when receiving text messages #367

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put phone on vibrate only
2. Receive a text message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a vibrate to know I received a text.  Instead it doesn't do anything 
so I don't know I received a text unless I turn my phone on. I don't even get 
the LED light lighting up to tell me I have a message.  I turned off screen pop 
up because that supposedly would fix the LED but it isn't.  And without a 
vibration I don't know I reeived any messages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.2.4.  Galaxy SII on Sprint

Please provide any additional information below.
It used to work prior to the latest 4.0.4 Android update.  I had to re-download 
the SMSpopup after the update and this hasn't worked since then.
