Message appears pending in the stock app while actually sent #403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reply to a message from the 'quick reply' option in the popup
2. Go to the sms stock app
3. Message appears 'Pending', then 'failed' later on (several minutes) but it 
has actually  been sent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see 'Sent' but I get 'Pending' then error or failed. So I can't be 
sure whether the message has been sent or not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V. 1.2.4. on Android 4.0.4 on Wiko Cink Peax phone

Please provide any additional information below.
Phone used : Wiko Cink Peax

Got the same problem on Lenovo P700i, only never got 'failed', status always 
'sending...', but sms delivers sucessfully.
Maybe the reason of this behavior is 2-sim phone because Wiko Cink Peax and my 
P700i - both 2-sim phones?

you're right,the twin-sim phone suggestion might be a good lead...
