Screen Orientation Re-size Glitch (Send Button Off Screen) #419

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Phone in Landsacpe Mode (QWERTY Out)
2. Recieve SMS Message
3. Switch to Portait Mode (QWERTY Hidden)
4. SMS "Send" Button is off screen when devices screen is resized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
   The Message window should remain properly sized and on screen.
Realized:
   The message windows is not resized properly and the send button can go off screen, making it impossible to send the composed message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version and older versions all on multiple slide-out android devices. 
Android Versions: 2.3.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x (Maybe More)

Please provide any additional information below.
