PopUp no longer overrides lockscreen on SGS3 after recent updates from Samsung being rolled out (XXEMF6 or later) #422

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get screen lock
2. Receive SMS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Popup is shown over lockscreen.
in fact it does not override lockscreen anymore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SGS3 (i9300). 4.1.2 XXEMF6

Please provide any additional information below.
It was working fine up-to 4.1.2 XXEMC2
