Receive /send the same text a million times #423

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1 text sent /received. Often get between 5 & 30 of the same text. People I text 
often get the same text from me a ton of times too. 1 friend yesterday nearly 
became homicidal after receiving a text saying "Yup" 60 times! (He actually 
bothered to count).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest on latest 4.3.3.

Please provide any additional information below.
Unlocked Galaxy Nexus from Google running on T-Mobile.
