What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.nothing directly, new problem, where all default notifications and specific
notifications all turn to silent as their choice at once.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect each default or
individual notification to play their expected chosen sound and they all
suddenly say silent.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Android
