What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Type a reply to an SMS that has popped up
2.Go over 160 Characters
3.Check in messaging app to see that the message has been split in two

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One continuous SMS. Two separate messages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.0 Android

Please provide any additional information below.
Used to have a Galaxy Nexus and never had a problem. Just bought a Motorola
MotoG and issue started. Whenever I type over 160 characters it splits the
message up and sends them separately. When I type the message in the android
messaging app this does not happen so it must be an issue with SMS popup.
