Error 503 - The username or password for the connection pool named |apex||, are invalid, expired, or the account is locked #65

I am getting

Error 503 - "Service Unavailable - The username or password for the connection pool named |apex||, are invalid, expired, or the account is locked"

when trying to browse http://localhost:8080 after starting the container with both settings.env.sample and settings_db21c.env.sample configs

Did anyone manage to start apex version 21 ?

There was ownership/permission issue in files folder
